I learnt English at school and liked it so much from the beginning. English was one of my favorite subjects and I was pretty good at it.
After school I went to university to become an interpreter. But things didn't work out well and I dropped out on the very first year. I had some problems with my attitude towards learning process and I made a silly decision to quit which I regretted after.
Then for many years I didn't practice English so I forgot the large part of the knowledge I had. But still, I had enough comprehension to read books which helped me learn programming. I've gone back to get my bachelor graduation and now I'm studying computer science. English helps me to read articles on programming and create apps. I'll be graduating next year and I want to take advantage of government project that helps students to get their master degree in one of the foreign universities. One of the requirements to enroll is to get IELTS certificate of grade 6.5 or higher.
Nevertheless, now I enjoy learning and even if won't get into the project, I want to improve my English to the advanced level.

Learnt is correct if you are using British English. Learned is used in North America.

Or:
- much of
- most of
The definite article isn't used here because you aren't talking about a specific, "definite" part.
But still, I had enough comprehensionmy comprehension was good enough for me to read books, which helped me learn programming.
No comma: I would interpret the sentence as being about "books which helped me learn programming," in other words, books teaching people to program. In this case, it would be equivalent to something like "my comprehension was good enough for me to read technical books."
Comma: I would interpret the sentence as being "Since my comprehension was at a certain level, I could read books, and that helped me learn programming."
I've gone back to get my bachelor graduation's degree, and now I'm studying computer science.

Keep it up! I would practice more with articles (definite/indefinite, when to include, when not to), but otherwise, this read pretty smoothly to me.

You can also say "I want to improve my English to C1" (C1 is one of the different language levels, there's A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and fluency)

Almost spotless! Perfect! You should've become an interpreter! :) But, I'm glad you are happy with what you are doing now!
One thing I will mention to help you out is that I noticed you missed a bunch of commas before the word "and". You almost need to put a comma before and every time, because you put a comma there when the two clauses have different ideas (which is most of the time).
