If I need to pick one, I prefer Japanese, since I've eaten Japanese foods for a long time. There are many good dishes in Japan, Sushi, Tempura, Katsudon, and Ramen, I'll never get tied of foods in Japan. Other than that, I want to eat authentic Italian foods, and I would definitely drink an espresso.

If I need to pick one, I prefer Japanese, cuisine since I've eaten Japanese foods for a long time.
There are many good dishes infrom Japan, S: sushi, Ttempura, Kkatsudon, and Rramen,. I'll never get tired of foods in from Japan.
I inserted a colon (:) since a list was being introudced.
"Food from Japan" has the nuance that the the aforementioned foods originated/came from Japan, but can be/are also eaten elsewhere around the world. "Foods in Japan" means that the foods exist in Japan which is technically true, but we would use it to modify or be more specific about the cuisine. For example: "American food in Japan"=food from the US that is eaten/served in Japan. You can also use [X food] in [city] as well. An example is if I'm in Tokyo wanting Indian cuisine, I would type "Indian food in Tokyo" into the search bar.
Other than that, I want to eat authentic Italian foods, and I would definitely drink an espresso.

Great job!
Japanese food is definitely delicious. Sushi and tempura are some of my favorite Japanese dishes. It's kind of hard for me to choose, but I tend to prefer western foods even though I've also grown up eating Vietnamese foods at home. At school and going out I eat American/European cuisine. I'm also familiar with how those dishes taste, so it's easier for me to cook them and I enjoy cooking them.

If I neehad to pick one, I prefer Japanese, since I've eaten Japanese foodsit for a long time.
"need" here feels a little unnatural. I would use "had" instead. "If I had to pick", "if I had to choose", etc are used quite commonly
The use of "Japanese foods" feels redundant here so you can substitute with "it"
There are many good dishes in Japan,: Sushi, Tempura, Katsudon, and Ramen,; I'll never get tied of foods in JapanJapanese food.
A full stop would work instead of the semicolon I used here, but since the two sentences are linked a semicolon makes sense
Other than that, I want to eat authentic Italian foods, and I would definitely drink an espresso.
