I would not want to be a salesman. In Japan, salesman is required to drink alcohol a lot with colleagues or customers for business relationship. I really hate that tradition. Are there any culture that share a own hardship in order to get along with your business partner in other country?

Not that I know of. But in my country, I think it would be money. People tend to bribe the officials to be lenient on them; it has become a tradition too. It is expected now :(
