If I could meet any historical figure, I would like to meet Claude Monet. I love his art, water lily in particular, and want to ask him about his many works. If possible, I would like when he was older age. I think experiences in his entire life reflect his art.

It's not something that the formatting available on this site supports, but normally the title of the painting would be in italics to indicate where the title starts and stops. Sometimes quotes are used instead when handwriting or writing on websites that don't support formatting.
If possible, I would like a time when he was older age.
I think experiences in his entire life are reflected by his art.
The experiences aren't the subject in this scene, so it's better to use a passive verb.

"Water Lilies" is the name of one of his art series. If referring to this series, the phrase should be capitalised. However, if referring to the subject of the water lily plant instead and the way he paints them, it would not be capitalised.
> "I love his Water Lilies." (I love his series called "Water Lilies".)
> "I love his water lilies." (I love the way he paints water lilies.)
If possible, I would like to meet him when he was of (an) older age.
Alternatively: "If possible, I would like to meet him when he was older."
I think all the experiences inhe's had throughout his entire life are reflected in his art.
(1) Tweaked the sentence to make it sound more natural.
(2) Experiences do not reflect art; art reflects experiences. Converting this to the passive voice, we say that experiences are reflected in art.
