3 years ago, I can a ~200 pages book within one afternoon.
30 years ago, I can play TV games till 3am in the morning.
Few weeks ago, I borrow a good book from library.
Even now, I didn’t start reading one single page!
Few months ago, I install a good game in my computer.
I didn’t finish the first level!
I didn’t loss the interest of reading a book or playing computer game.
I just loss the passion!
Can anyone tell me how to find back the “passion”?

Great job! Just pay attention to when to use the past tense :)
I go through phases where I read and game a lot, and if I am not doing those things, it's usually because I'm occupied with other hobbies, socializing or going through a busy period at work. For reading, I would try changing your environment a bit, perhaps taking a book to a café and spending a couple hours there?
