Try to consume anything in another language besidesin addition to maintaining necessary interaction with people in real life.

This, I would say, is one of the best ways to escape from meaningless social media, and is also a means to stay less infected bylimit infection by the negative people around me, not only because it makes me happy but because it also comforts me.

This sentence was a little odd to read and say, so I took out the beginning part. I believe it's because it was too long and in the passive voice. Judging from the rest of your entry, I would say this is a stylistic choice, but I would be careful when choosing to do so. Hopefully by doing this, I didn't take out too much of the poetic style.
