What is your favorite sound?
My favorite sound is the sound of snow. As a matter of fact, there are no sound while it's snowing, but I prefer that silence like time goes slowly. The sound of sea is also my favorite. Maybe I like nature and quite peaceful time.

As a matter of fact sounds like formal, you could say "in fact" or "actually" as well.
The sound of sea is also my favorite.
If you want to write in British English it's spelt favourite, which is what we do in Singapore haha. Up to you though, although I think one is definitely better hehe.
Maybe I like nature and quite peaceful timtimes for peace.
This may sound a bit more natural.

"like" by itself does't sound quite right to me. Here are a few alternatives:
but I prefer that silence; it's as if time slows down.
but I prefer that silence, when time seems to slow down.
but I prefer that silence with the slow passing of time.
Maybe I like nature and quitet peaceful times.
I think it's more natural to say "times" since you are referring to different experiences / times, including by the sea and when it snows.
