What is the first thing you notice about a person?

I first notice the uniqueness of someone's eyes. I guess I imagine someone's personality unconsciously from their eyes. They often say "The eyes are the window to the soul" in Japan. I also notice their attitude to other people like shop assistants or restaurant servers.
