One year ago, my english skill was quite limited, for example I didn´t understand when someone talked me about whatever topic, even when I read any podcast I didn get it.
Over the months, my listening skill was improving, however I feel a bit afraid to talk with another people. Currently, I practice every other day during the week trought the PingoLearn App.
I feel that I practice is little, then my speaking improves little by little. When I listen and I close my eyes, my level of understand increase but when I watch any serie o film I can´t close my eyes, then my level of listening decrease a little.
I would be greatful to someone who recommends some way for enhance my listening and improve my speaking.
Thanks.
What is the best way forto improve my speaking?

Went with what I thought was the intention. The first part of this sentence felt like you accidentally emphasized just how little you practice (The "is little" is why it felt like that), while the second sentence talks about success. I changed it so the sentence feels more like "even if I practice just a little, I improve!"
When I listen and I close my eyes, my level of understanding increases, but when I watch any series or film where I can´t close my eyes, then my level of listening decreases a little.

"grateful" is a weird one I could honestly see native speakers tripping up on!

This is something I have trouble with myself in the languages I try to learn! Plus, English speakers definitely talk quickly, and with slurred speech, dialects or slang that may not be seen in practice material. It takes a lot of exposure to tell the words apart when someone speaks quickly.
For listening: I'd say there's no shame in rewinding a sentence in a podcast to parse it. Youtube also has options to slow the video down. Even just understanding part of a sentence means your ear is getting better at picking out English phrases. You yourself have said you improved in the past year!
Looking for native English videos that are naturally spoken more slowly might be a good in-between to get you out of the content made just for language learners. It will have more natural wording and maybe phrases not seen in apps, but more digestible. I'd recommend videos that are described as "relaxing", like Bob Ross or audiobooks. It may seem weird, but videos intended for calming like ASMR videos may help.
For speaking: It may help to talk to another language learner. The HelloTalk app lets you talk to English speakers who are learning your language. Since both of you would be learners, they'd be understanding if they needed to repeat a sentence, go slow, or re-explain!
