My native language is Cantonese it is a popular language and most people use it in Hong Kong. so if you want to learn that maybe for you travel or work, l will suggest you watch the old Hong Kong movie, as most of the movie has English subtitles when you have some ''word difficult'' that could help you easily understand the details, The other thing is that you can deeply to learn the local culture as some words are close to the people life and it's useful for you. Also, one interesting part is a lot of words their sound is from English, l mean it converts the English word sound into Cantonese that maybe help the English learner easily to learn.

Hi, “converting” make sense here because it has the same meaning as “to convert” but is more natural/correct.
