What do I prefer?

For me, I prefer sunrise because it meant a new day a new life ,also it is quiet and calm in the early morning so I can reflect the beautiful view and refraching my mind.

For me, I prefer sunrise because it meants a new day, a new life ,also it is. It is also quiet and calm in the early morning so I can, which allows me to reflect on the beautiful view and refrachingesh my mind.

No need to say both "For me, I prefer" as it is redundant.
"For me" is more to put in front of something that would otherwise be an objective statement, to say that it is just your preference.
"For me, the first Star Wars was the best movie" = "I prefer the first Star Wars movie"
