What are the habits? The key to the success (part 1)

The ninety percent of your daily activities do you do, are in the pilot automatic, i mean you don't think about that while are you doing it. So activities like walk, breath, eat while you are watching a video and many other, are automatics activities.
- But David what about that, why we do it?

Well little friend, let me say you something really interesting.
In the time when we was living in the caverns, we had to hunt animals to survive, we had to pay attentions about the dangers which stalked in the dark, and others things, so making those task require a lot of energy and attentions and our brains hates to lose energy, we had to focus in many things at once and that require a looooot energy... so our brain developed a system to make those activities without lose energy, is more, he got better our system to do those things at once and created a way to save power called "habits".

- But David... how works? we can build it?

Yeah, but we let's watch it in the further posts

Punctuation should be inside the quotation marks.

The nNinety percent of your daily activities do you do, are ion the pilot automatic, i mean you don't think about that while are you doing it.

I removed "I mean [...] doing" since autopilot is a very common term! People will know what you mean by it without having to explain it. (:

So activities like walking, breath, eat while you aring, and eating while watching a video and many other, for example, are automatics activities.

Doing those tasks required a lot of energy and attentions and, which our brainodies hates to lose energy, we had to focus in. Habits are a more of behavioral tendency to do certain things regularly (like drinking coffee every morning, exercising six days a week, always letting laundry pile up, etc) while things like breathing are part of the autonomic nervous system. The brain plays a role in both, but in different ways, so I'm confused on what you're trying to say. ^^;

I think it would be more accurate to say "Evolution lead to the development of a system in the brain to perform these activities without using energy; we know these as "habits."
