I went to Australia last month. So I'm going to make a journal this trip in Australia.
This was my 8th times to visit Australia and 6th time to visit Sydney. I'm so excited when I landed at the airport.
It takes ten hours to get to Sydney from Tokyo.
私は先月、オーストラリアに旅行に行きました。 だから、そのことをジャーナルに書きます。
今回のオーストラリアは８度目になります。そしてシドニーは６回度目です。飛行機が飛び立つときとてもワクワクしました。
東京からシドニーまで１０時間かかります。

You could also title this "Traveling in Australia" since it sounds like you go there often.
So I'm going to make a journal about this trip in Australia.
I would consider combining the first and second sentences so it doesn't sound as choppy. E.g., "I visited Australia last month, so I'm going to begin making a journal about my trip."

I would consider combining some of the sentences and re-ordering to make it flow better. E.g., "I travelled to Australia last month in what was my 8th time visiting the country and 6th time in the beautiful city of Sydney. Given how frequently I travel there, I've decided to begin keeping a journal to talk about my experiences. When I landed in [Sydney or whichever airport you flew into] I was so excited; after all, it takes ten hours to get to Sydney from Tokyo."
