When seeing wild animals drinking unclean water in the wild, I often think if they had accessed to clean water resource, their lifespan would highly significantly increased. Humans build specific factory to produce safe water for us, would it be possible that one day, or it's a matter of time, animals such as ape, monkey or dolphin set up their own fesh wate facility?

There's a sci-fi radio show that later became a series of novels and a TV show called Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy which has as one of it's jokes that humans are the third most intelligent species on the planet One of the species it listed as more intelligent were dolphins. Your comment about dolphins reminded me of that book.
Intelligence and tool use evolved once, so it could be possible for it to happen again over a long enough time period. I think the largest barrier to another species of animal developing human-like intelligence is that we're already here and that changes the situation compared to when humans did.

Thank you for your information. From philosophical perspective, things often have their opposites. There is likely to be another huamn-like inteligence creature accompany with us, but we haven't sort out or do not recognize.
