Warum will ich Deutsch lernen
Ich muss sagen, dass ich Deutsch schon gelernt habe! Ich lernte Deutsch 10 zu 15 Jahren vor in der Mittelschule und der Gymnasium. Sogar ging ich auf Sachsen-Anhalt in Deutschland! Ich habe viel vergessen, aber ich will es gedenken. Vielleicht werde ich dieses Website benutzen, so ich kann das machen.
Also, tut mir Leid für mein schlechtes Deutsch!

"Warum will ich Deutsch lernen?" is not wrong, but since you put it in the title and did not put a question mark, I changed it to "Warum ich Deutsch lernen will" = "Why I want to learn German"

you may also say "zugeben" (admit) instead of "sagen", but both is fine :)

I hope I got your intent right! Did you mean to say "I learnt German 10 to 15 years ago..." ? Also, present perfect ("habe ... gelernt") is more common in spoken German than the simple past ("lernte"). I don't even think I would use "lernte" here in written German.
