Waking up early
It seems difficult for many people to get up early, and the same goes for me. I can stay up late but cannot wake up early. However, I feel fresh in the morning I have to do so. The air of the morning is so soft and nice that the day seems longer and better than usual. Such a day, I always make a resolution , but every time, I give up it in the next morning.
早起きは苦手という人が多いようだ。私も夜更かしは平気だが、早起きはとてもつらい。ただ、所用で早く起きる日は気分は一新する。ほほを打つ朝の大気は優しく快い。一日がことさら長く、充実した時間を過ごした実感がある。よし、明日からはと心に決めるのだが、翌朝になるとその決心はにぶってしまう。
