The disturbing neighbour

Dear Ms. Sherman,
Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned in the last mail Brandon is a really annoying neighbour. More specifically, he keeps his TV turned on at high volume all nights. I don't know if he fall asleep watching TV, but the TV doesn't mute until morning around 8 AM.
At the weekends the situation is even worse. A deafening music sounds from Saturday morning to Sunday evening. He is probably hosting a party every weekend because there are people going into and out of his house continuously.
As if that were not enough, he frequently spends some nights making reparations at home with noisy tools.
As his landlady, I hope you can talk to Brandon to solve the situation.
Best wishes.

You mention that “Mr Price makes an awful lot of noise at night during weekdays and all day at weekends.” Could you please be more specific about it?

As I mentioned in themy last email Brandon is a really annoying neighbour.

We wouldn’t say mail in this context !

Since you’re one who wrote the last email, stylistically, using the possessive ‘my’ is very natural and something a native would use instead; it implies, slightly, a bit more anger/passive aggression, if that makes sense, and given the context of the purpose of your text (e.g., a complaint that has been ignored) it is very suitable here !
