The things I never leave home without.

There are a few things that I cannot leave home without. One might even say that I depend on them when I'm not home! Firstly, I never go out without my clothes on - these are essential for me going out, because I wouldn't feel comfortable naked while walking around, let's say, a park. The next thing I cannot get out of my head when I leave home is my phone. I need it almost everywhere - outside my apartment is not an exception. Next thing is my wallet - it contains everything in order to survive in the streets, like money, debit card, ID and Customer Cards to some places as well. Last but not least are my keys - I always take them with me as I intend to come back to the same place I went out of!

Your original sentence was fine too, but it seems more natural to me to have the preposition before the relative pronoun here.
