Luckily, I'm getting better from the flu.
Every time I experience health issues, I realize the importance of maintaining good health.
I reviewed the daily life in the past few months. Sleeplessness was a problem, as well as daily exercise.
Thus, I decided to find another apartment as soon as possible.
I need a quieter place to rest and a larger space to practice yoga every day.
It's not easy since I'm quite busy recently and don't have much time to communicate with the agents or move home.

In American English, “move home” usually means “搬回家” and “move house” means “搬家”, but I’m not sure about the usage in other dialects of English.

Good luck, Tammy! I’m glad you’re continuing to feel better. I always review my health situation while I’m sick, wondering, “What went wrong?!” This time, I think I wore myself down by hiking a lot (8–10 hrs per day) while on holiday, and then not adjusting my routine to the much colder weather that was waiting for me when I got home. And insufficient sleep is always a problem for me…. ;-)
谢谢！ 这次用中文回复，因为关于睡眠问题，有点心得分享！ 我发现有个小方法对我的睡眠是有帮助的：睡前泡脚。 这是个中医的养生方式。睡前1小时，45℃左右，加艾草或其他舒缓的中药或精油，水没过脚踝上方三四厘米，泡15分钟左右。我觉得它应该是帮忙我启动了副交感神经。 我目前睡眠的障碍是睡前刷手机，如果放下手机，睡眠就OK了-_-||
