A Heavy Snow

Since yesterday, we have observed the heavy snow in various places of Japan. In general, the northwest and of Japan have the heavy snow. This is because there are high mountain ranges that runs north to south to Japan like spine, and in winter, moist wind from northwest hits them, bringing snow. So, in famous three places of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, Kyoto have relatively more snow because only Kyoto faces the northwest sea. In Maizuru city, the north of Kyoto city, it seems to have had 40 centimeters of snowfall. However, that is not so heavy compared with the Tohoku and Hokuriku region including Aomori and Niigata Prefecture, which have the most amount of snowfall in Japan.

A Heavy Snow

Since yesterday, we have observed the heavy snow in various places of Japan.

In general, the northwest and of Japan have thes heavy snow.

"Northwest of Japan" is third-person singular (like he/she/it), so it uses "has".

This is because there are high mountain ranges that runs north to south toin Japan like a spine, and in winter, moist wind from the northwest hits them, bringing snow.

"High mountain ranges" is third-person plural (like "they"), so it uses "run".

In English, when saying something comes from a cardinal direction (north, south, east, west, northeast, etc), we always add "the" before.
For example:
The wind came from the north.
My family is visiting from the south.
The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

So, inof the famous three places of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, Kyoto haves relatively more snow because only Kyoto faces the northwest sea.

"of" is used instead of "in" because something is being selected from a group. In this case, Kyoto is being selected from Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. "Out of" can also be used and has the exact same meaning.
Some other uses:
I took two of the five apples.
Out of all the movies we watched, this one is my favorite.

"The" is used here because the three places are specific.

In Maizuru city, the north of Kyoto city, it seems to have had 40 centimeters of snowfall.

I'm not entirely sure why, but "The" sounds unnatural here.

However, that is not so heavy compared with the Tohoku and Hokuriku region including Aomori and Niigata Prefecture, which have the most amount of snowfall in Japan.

Overall, very well done. Your sentence structure is very impressive, but I would suggest some practice with articles ("the" and "a/an"). Here are two good resources I found:

Yes, though I wrote about the difficulties of heavy snow, I also like snow!

A Heavy Snow

Since yesterday, we have observed the heavy snow in various places of Japan.

In general, the northwest and of Japan haved the heavyiest snow.

I guess you are trying to say that that area had the most snow of all areas. So you need to use the superlative form of heavy which is heaviest.

Great essay! You started writing it in the past so I corrected it so the whole essay is in the past. You only had a few grammatical errors beside that here and there.
