Letter to friend

Hello
I haven’t imagined I would send a parcel from Spain but I’m so excited to send it. Except for the cereal, I put some things I want to give for you and friend. I brought the almonds to give people who meet in Spain. I’m happy to give them to you. The yogurt flavor is my favorite.
I’m afraid I couldn’t travel Slovenia but So thankfully I could know you and your country.
We’ve known each other not long enough yet I love talking and spending time with you. Thank you for being my friend. You’re a charming and awesome person. :)
I hope you finish your thesis well and stay safe.

Letter to a friend Letter to a friend

"Friend" is a countable noun, so you would use an indefinite article in this case.

Hello

Hello, Hello,

Hello, Hello,

After a greeting at the beginning of letter, you would add a comma. If it's a friend, you could also say "Hi," rather than "Hello", which is slightly more formal.

I haven’t imagined I would send a parcel from Spain but I’m so excited to send it.

I haven’didn't imagined I would send a parcel from Spain to you but I’m so excited to send it. I didn't imagine I would send a parcel from Spain to you but I’m so excited to send it.

Except forWith the exception of the cereal, I put some things there I want to give forto you and our friend. With the exception of the cereal, I put some things there I want to give to you and our friend.

Except forBesides the cereal, I put someincluded some other things I wanted to give forto you and your friend. Besides the cereal, I included some other things I wanted to give to you and your friend.

"Except for the cereal" suggests that you did not want to give it to your friend, but included it anyway. Also, what do you mean by "you and friend"? Is it a friend of the person you're writing to, or are you saying that the person is your friend?

I brought the almonds to give people who meet in Spain.

I brought the almonds to give to people who I meet in Spain. I brought the almonds to give to people who I met in Spain.

I'm not sure how to correct this since it doesn't really make sense. Maybe you could write it in your native language and then I could get more context?

I brought the almonds to give to people who I meet in Spain. I brought the almonds to give to people who I met in Spain.

I'm not sure what you mean; who met the people?

I’m happy to give them to you.

"To get to know" is a common expression meaning to learn more about something or someone. Did you get to know them in the past, or are you hoping that you will be able to do so in the future?

I hope you finish your thesis well and stay safe. I hope you finish your thesis and stay safe.

You would generally use "well" to describe a concrete action, like "I hope you write your thesis well". Finishing a thesis already implies that they already did it well.
