Today I want speculate about humans abilities. I think modern people in more part weak them people in early 20 century. I think modern enterteinment, approachable unhealthy food, sugar in each meals, ecological made us waek.
What about me?
I trying don't eat sugar, sweets, fried food etc. Do exercise three days at the week. Walk every day. Eat more vegetables. Don't play computer or mobile games.
Earlier I ate junk food, drank alcohol, played DOTA, didn't exercise and I felt myself good. But when I was 25 years old I was weak then early.
I think when you young you can do that things without damage to your health.
What is conclusion?
I must track my health vert carefully.
