I'm a big fan of the anime Demon Slayer, so I like the voice acteors, too.

I often watch YouTube videos where the Demon Slayer voice acteors show up.

Voice acteors usually plays a lot of different characters in different series.

I (recently) found out that the voice acteor who plays the character named Genya fromin "Demon Slayer" andlso plays Himmel fromin "Frieren: Beyond Journey's eEnd."

1. The corrected sentence is good as it is, but you can add "recently" or some other appropriate adverb to indicate that you've just found out about it. Or, you could use "I have just found out that..."
2. I used "plays" here, but you can also use "portrays".

I was surprised when I found that out, because the two characters are completely different types.

I was surprised when I found this out, because the two characters are completely different types.

Speaking would be normally fine, written I would add write it as "found this out"
