Past tense here, you're talking about something you felt in the past for a long time. Unless you want to say you still feel this way. I use "had made", past perfect, but you could say "I didn't want to know how many errors I was making".

You're not the first person I've seen to use "estimating" like this, and it's an unusual use. It basically means "to guess", but to guess in an educated, considered fashion. I estimate the size of a building - I guess how big the building is.

Thinking about English, I sugguests writing and speaking are the two parts prompting me to associate them witheas where I experience most difficulties and adversities.

Having to guess a little again here. "I suggest" is most commonly something you say when you're recommending an action. "I suggest we go to McDonalds."

As the most challenging parts in English learning for me, writing and speaking demand more time and efforts as to have a better acquisition about if I want to acquire better language skills.

Much more natural. The "Curious about..." construction you used is more of a storytelling thing:

"Curious about the noise he'd heard, he cautiously entered the room."

I think this is what you mean, that note-taking is worthwhile. Maybe not a wrong sentence, but one that's difficult to understand.
