For me it is a big NO
For me it is a little bit dificult, because they used to talk so fast. And, if I put it with subtitles my brain it only centre on reading, so I'm not practising the listening that it is what I really need.

Unless you are countering an argument beforehand, it's a bit unnatural to say "For me" in the beginning of the sentence. For example, "Everyone I know recommends to watch shows in my target language. But for me, it's difficult." You are countering the case and focusing on your opinion.
