For me it is a big NO

For me it is a little bit dificult, because they used to talk so fast. And, if I put it with subtitles my brain it only centre on reading, so I'm not practising the listening that it is what I really need.

Para mí es un poco difícil por que suelen hablar muy rápido. y si pongo los subtítulos mi mente se centra solo en leer, así que no estoy practicando el listening, que es lo que realmente necesito.

For me it is a little bit dificult, because they used to talk so fast.

For me it is a littleIt is a bit difficult, for me because they used to talk so fast. It is a bit difficult for me because they talk so fast.

Unless you are countering an argument beforehand, it's a bit unnatural to say "For me" in the beginning of the sentence. For example, "Everyone I know recommends to watch shows in my target language. But for me, it's difficult." You are countering the case and focusing on your opinion.

For me it is a little bit difficult, because they used to talk so fast. For me it is a little bit difficult, because they talk so fast.

And, if I put it with subtitles my brain it only centre on reading, so I'm not practising the listening that it is what I really need.

Andlso, if I put it with subtitles, my brain it only concentreates on reading, so I'm not practiscing the listening that it, which is what I really need. Also, if I put it with subtitles, my brain only concentrates on reading, so I'm not practicing listening, which is what I really need.

concentrates = better to emphasize that you are focused on (1) thing, not the other.

And, if I put it with subtitles on, my brain it only focuses/concentreates on reading, so I'm not practising the listening that it is what I really need. And, if put subtitles on, my brain only focuses/concentrates on reading, so I'm not practising the listening that it is what I really need.
