School is going to start from tomorrow. I’m leaving my school this month due to go back to Japan. I’m really looking forward to returning to Japan. I talked about what we would do when we arrive in Japan with my family yesterday. I want to go to bookstores.

the google document is thinking that "with my family yesterday" is describing "when we arrive in japan" (and yesterday is past tense so it's trying to make the arrive past tense as well). Your sentence does make sense but to confirm that it's not that you arrived yesterday with your family but talked with them yesterday, you should put "with my family yesterday" at the start of the sentence. So you get this "Yesterday, I talked with my family about what we would do when we arrive in Japan"
