Venus and Jupiter

I woke up at 4:30 this morning. When I looked toward the eastern sky, the moon was floating in the dim sky, and I found that there were two planets below it, almost in a straight line. It was an unfamiliar sight and felt mysterious, but I didn’t get a very good feeling from it.


今朝は4時半に目が覚めた。東の空を見ると薄暗い中に月が浮かんでいて、その下に二つの惑星があった。ほぼ一直線だ。
見慣れない光景で何か不思議だったがあまりいいものを感じなかった。

When I looked towards the dim eastern sky, the moon was floating in the dim skeerily, and I found that there were two planets below it, almost in a straight line.

Fun fact, when 3 solar bodies align, it is called a syzygy. This is a very rare word and phenomenon. If you every use syzygy in a game of hangman, you will surely win.

It was an unfamiliar sight and felt mysterious, but I didn’t get a very good feeling from it.
