I've been thinking about a carefree vacation. No matter where I go, no matter if it's long or short, no matter whether the destination is nice or not, but as long as it's just carefree. But it seems that it has not come true. When a vacation comes, I have to be on duty, and some office things need me to attend to discuss though I can not make a final decision, or my mom needs me to look after because the nanny takes a few days off on the holiday. Sometimes I go out for a few days and was all in a hurry and with too much care full of my mind. So I just want a vacation that I can be careless, free to spend my time. I don't know when it will come.

Nice writing! Good luck! Vacations are important too~
Vacation
I've been thinking about having/taking a carefree vacation.
No matter where I go, no matter if it's long or short, no matter whether the destination is nice or not, but as long as it's just carefree.
But it seems that ithis has not come true.
An even smoother phrasing would be:
Unfortunately it seems as though this has not come true.
When a vacation comes, I have to be on dutycall, and some office things need me to attend to discuss although I can not make a final decision, or my mom needs me to look after her because the nanny takes a few days off on the holiday.
on call is the standard term
I would consider making this sentence into two sentences, it's a tad long.
Sometimes I go out for a few days and wasam all in a hurry and with too much care fullany things ofn my mind.
All though one can be carefree or careless, we wouldn't say that one is care.
So I just want a vacation that I can be careless, free to spend my time as I wish.
I don't know when ithis will come/happen.
