Strange dark mist drifted out, twisting and curling like living smoke. He snapped his fingers, and the mist rose sharply. It formed at large shape, tall as Hagrid. It turned into a shadow wolf with glowing red eyes. It glowed softly, but it stayed inside a silver circle drawn on the floor. Moddy pointed his wand at the students. "Listen carefully. Dark creatures often feed on fear. If you panic, they get stronger. If you stay calm, they get weaker. Simple". Moddy continue. " Your job is to face it, not runt from it, not fight it, face it and control your fear". The first was Harry. He stepped forward slowly. His palms were sweaty, his wand felt strangely heavy. So, Harry took a deep breath and said: "I´m not afraid of you". Harry shut his eyes for a moment. Stay calm and when he opened his eyes the creature looked smaller. The second was Hermione. She walked forward with firm steps, steady as always. She started at the creature with sharp focus. " I Know you´re not dangerous. You can´t hurt me", she said. The beast hissed, shrinking down again. the last one was Ron. He yelped the moment the creature moved, and it grew twice in size. Ron forced himself to be brave. He took slow breaths. In... Out...In... Out. His face slowly relaxed. The shadow beast shrank, becoming harmless mist again.
