I’m going to school tomorrow to get my transcripts and semester exams’s grades.

I’m going to school tomorrow to get my transcripts and semester exams’s grades. I’m going to school tomorrow to get my transcripts and semester exam grades.

yeah, this is tricky. It's correct to say "semester exams' grades" but we usually omit the possessive when we say and write it. It's because "semester exam" behaves like an adjective which describes "grades" instead of behaving like a noun which would use the possessive form.

I hope I got good transcripts and good grades.

Tomorrow is really going to be the really last day toI go to school. Tomorrow is really going to be the last day I go to school.

This is another tricky phrasing rule. For some reason, we put "really" after the verb almost as if to emphasize it. Alternative Tomorrow is really going to be the last day of going to school. Tomorrow is really going to be the last day of school.
