Use smartphone more
I do believe 99% of population is using smartphone.
But maybe less then 1% can fully use all the functions from a smart phone.
I am an old person.
Learning new knowledge is always difficult.
But today I use my smartphone upload a video in YouTube.
I also write a short diary and post it from my smartphone.
I say not difficult at all.
Furthermore, there are many features can add to the videos and text to make it more appearing.
Now, I do think a smartphone is more powerful than a computer.

If this is a general comment, "nowadays" is more appropriate. Saying "today" suggest to me that it's specifically the current day that you upload one video on YouTube.

It's not quite clear what you mean by "appearing", I presume you meant "appealing"?
Now, I do think a smartphone iss are more powerful than a computers.
You typically use "I do + verb" for emphasis that is linked to some related sentence or question. E.g. "I don't like most sports, however I do like football"; using "I do" there emphasises particularly how I like football in contrast to other sports which I don't like. You wouldn't typically use "I do + verb" as a standalone sentence like you've done a couple of times in this post.
