When I made it to the train stop on time, there were more people there than usual. The train was very crowded and hot. The train I get on every day doesn't have many office worker and have more high schooler and secondary schooler, but today was opposite.
I gradually felt hotter and my face went red. Once I got off, it was colder outside than the traIn and I was surprised.
I guessed that most office workers decided to leave their work earlier because the weather was good and pleasant. Some people planed to go on trips, using Monday nextweek which is public holiday in my country.
My dad came back home later than normal, and he said the road was very busy and it took him about 1 hour.
I told my dad that my prediction, and he laughted.
The train was very crowded and hot. The train was very crowded and hot.
I really want to say this should be "hot and crowded" but I can't think of a grammar rule why it should be so, just the opposite order feels much more natural to me.

"instead" adds to the contrasting feeling between the number of office workers vs the number of students.
"high schoolers and secondary schoolers" sound a little weird, as these are mostly synonyms - "high schoolers" is American English while "secondary schoolers" is British English.
If this was a direct translation of 中学生 and 高校生, then 中学生 would be called middle schoolers (or sometimes "junior high students") in American English. (Britain doesn't have middle school as a distinct step from secondary school so British English doesn't really have its own term for that, but most British English speakers are familar enough with American media to know what age range you mean)

Yeah I kinda goofed on ya a bit but that’s how I put it and that’s how I like it! Cheers and good luck with your red face! Hope it gets to be the color you want it to be my man! Good luck out there, seems pretty hot if it gave ya a red face! I have a red neck right now, I’m all sunburnt up! You know what, I’ll tell you the color I want my face to be, it’s probably pale my man, but sometimes I like other colors. Alright man, that’s it! Have fun! Toodles!
