Ŝi resolidiĝis, kraŝante sur konkretan plankon. Kun ĝemo, ŝi nur kuŝis tie, provante memori kiel spiri, dankema esti viva. Feka vorticmanipulilo, ĝi estis kvazaŭ vojaĝi per miksaparato! Almenaŭ per ŝia malnova tempringo, ŝi povis translokiĝi sen translokigi ŝiajn ostojn.

Every little bit of her hurt, every nerve and every muscle aching. She didn't recognise the place she had landed. From her prone position on the ground, it appeared to be a particularly featureless, grey-walled room with a very hard floor. Yet the odd sense of de ja vu persisted.

Then, from behind her, a very familiar voice spoke. "Tejana? What the hell are you doing here?"
Energised by shock, she whirled around in disbelief. "The Master!"
