Une redondance
L’année dernière, mon amie a démarré à une entreprise appelée Marley Spoon. Le rôle était celui de Brand Manager. Mon amie a beaucoup d’expérience dans ce domaine. À l’entretien, le PDG lui a informé que la position de Brand Manager a été récemment créer puisque l’organisation voudrait augmenter leur part de marché et leurs profits.
Mon amie lui a posé plusieurs questions pertinentes comme l’organisation est elle rentable et la position de Brand Manager est elle sûre ? Le PGD l’a rassurée que le rôle et son travail étaient en sécurité et sûr. Malheureusement, mon amie l’a cru. Après tout, Marley Spoon est une compagnie internationale bien respectée.
Elle s’est trompée car après seulement 5 mois, le PDG a annoncé que l’entreprise serait restructurée. L’entreprise n’était pas rentable qu’il fallait licencier certains employés et mon amie fait partie de ce groupe. Elle est dévastée puisqu’elle y travaillait seulement pendant 5 mois et elle était toujours en probation. Et c’est bien connu que c’est très facile de licencier un employé qui est en probation.
