Under the magical circle

Well,Im under I’m in the magical circle and I felel like I cant move on forcontinue learning eEnglish.Im My level is B1 but it feelling like I have nothing for real language practice,capability. I felel like I’m randoma strange 4 years old kid under the notebook :,) ¶
I haveam depressioned about learning English for 4 years and study an English languaged it makes me feel very strange sometimes,i as I just dont understand how I can impress my emotions and thounghts oin this language,my language being is. I feel like a bird in a closed cage bird.

Please can you share some advices for more comfortable language learning?on different ways to learn a language.
