Undeductable VAT

You charge VAT to us in the invoices but we are not allowed to deduct your VAT from our output VAT. It is a cost for us. However, you told you would charge all inclusive 300 USD or 320 USD in the attached quotation. Which is why you have to issue invoice VAT inclusive 300 USD per visit.

So, please issue a credit note as much VAT as you charge us (136 USD), or you will issue next invoice short by 136 USD.

Corrections

UnNon-deductable VAT

This is more common.

You have charged us VAT to us in the invoices, but we are not allowed to deduct your VAT from our output VAT.

It iThis constitutes a cost for us.

Or: "This produces/generates/etc a cost for us".

However, you toldhad said that you would charge all inclusive 300 USD, or 320 USD all inclusive, in the attached quotation.

It's not clear to me whether 300 USD is all inclusive, or 320.

Which is whyFor this reason, you have to issue an invoice VAT- inclusive of VAT - of 300 USD per visit.

SoAs such, please kindly issue a credit note for as much VAT as you charge us (136 USD), or you willalternatively, please issue the next invoice short by 136 USD.

Feedback

Merhaba Serhan, yazınız gayet iyi ama 300/320 all inclusive ile tam net değil. I can confirm if you help me understand the difference between these figures. Thanks.

There are two difference prices, $300 USD and $320 which may vary depending on type of activities. . Whole prices have to be all-inclusive. I mean the supplier can charge us $300 or $320, depending on the activities which the service provider conducts.

OK thanks, I that case you just need to add a comma in my correction after "320 USD" ("However, you had said that you would charge 300 USD, or 320 USD, all inclusive, in the attached quotation.")

This way it is clear that we are talking about two different whole prices.

However, you told yous would charge alln inclusive 300 USD or 320 USD in the attached quotation.

You corrected only above sentence. Rest of the text are correct?
