What can we learn from toddlers ?

Today, I listened a 6 minutes english transmissions. It was a discussion between 2 people talking about a trending subject. Today, it was about the toddlers, child aged from 2 to 4. It' a very important stage of life because you learn to speak and walk and you also discover the world. When you are a toddler, you are totaly depending on your parents, they clothe you, feed you, etc. So we can wonder "What can we learn about them". A doctor speaking in an emission who has a toddler said that sometimes, she talk out loud. But the most interesting is that she self talked. She said "You can do that Julie" speking to herself. But when you're growing up, your self talk became more negative, it says you can't do that or you're no good. So, the doctor says an advice we all can do easily, we have to self talk like we could talk to our best friend. We have to be kind and positive with ourselfs. Thanks for reading !
