Why read is important?

I think reading is really important for many reasons. I heard in a podcast that children who read a lot are more able to earn a lot of money compare to the other child. I think, with reading you improve your creativity, you will be more empathic and more open to the world. I also heard that in this podcast. I found it was really intersesting because I discovered informations I didn't know like that we read more than 100 000 words a day in screens. It's a huge number. But when we read words on screens, we aren't focus and we are not doing a deep reading like we were when we're reading a book.

Cleaned up the flow of the overall sentence a little bit. A minimal edit to what you wrote would be to fix "compared" and change "to other children". However with just those changes, the sentence reads awkwardly.

I heard in a podcast that children who read a lot are more able to earn a lot ofmore money compared to the other childchildren who don't read as much. I heard in a podcast that children who read a lot are more able to earn a lot more money compared to children who don't read as much.

I think, with reading you improve your creativity, and you will be more empathic and more open to the world. I think, with reading you improve your creativity and you will be more empathic and open to the world.

be careful with overusing the word "more" in you sentences. Repetition for multiple things with the same trait, more in this case, can usually be shorted to read easier and keep the same meaning.

This just is a little more detailed version of what you had. What you had works grammatically, but the reader doesn't know what "this" is in this context because you are not talking about a specific podcast in this post, just that you heard things from one.
