The resurrection of Lazarus

This story comes from the Bible and my grandma told it to me many times.
There was a sick man named Lazarus, who lived in Bethany.
Lazarus' sister was named Martha.
Jesus loved Martha and Lazarus.
When he heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed there for two days.
On his arrival, Jesus found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days.
Bethany was less than two miles away from Jerusalem.
When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet him.
"Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died."
Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."
Jesus came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance.
"Take away the stone," Jesus said.
They took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, "Father, I thank you that you have heard me."
When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!"
The dead man walked out.
Whoever lives and believes in Jesus will never die. Do you believe this?
Today, no matter how desperate we are, simply trusting in God can bring about a new life in desperate situations.
