I live in a tropical country, the majority of days are sunny.
The winter is not a problem for the people who live here.
If we want to see snow, we need to visit another country, because It doesn't snow in any state here.
When the weather is 17 degrees Celsius or below, we get our coats and jackets to avoid the cold.
If the weather is 12 degrees Celsius or below, all people start to talk about the weather, because it is so rare here.
