"Application" is not wrong, but colloquially it is more common and natural to say "app".

The comma after "parrot" feels natural, I am not sure what the grammatical reason is. Maybe for a short pause?

Great job! Only a few small corrections.
Since the rest of your sentences are in the present tense, I guess you still use Duolingo? That is the reason I suggested you change "felt" to "feel". Writing "felt" in past tense there would mean "I felt like a parrot before, but I do not feel that way anymore" (because I stopped using Duolingo) or (because I feel differently about it now) or something like that.
