The Japanese government released an app today about the certification of vaccination, so I installed the app just now. I read information using my smartphone from a card called My Number Card.

I reascanned information using my smartphone from a card called My Number Cardfor it from my My Number Card using my smartphone.

Since the My Number Card already has "card" in it, you don't have to write it again when introducing it.
