Trying to explain my current situation
I studied preventive medicine in the university in my native country. After graduating I worked for two years in a hospital and then I decide to quit.
I moved to another country because in my country the situation was difficult for almost everyone. Since that I am trying to get certificate my study documents but it has been impossible.
I do not want to work in a hospital again but if I have my study documents certificate here I could have a better job.

Cambié de país porque la situación no era muy buena. Desde entonces he intentado obtener certificados de mis estudios universitarios pero ha sido prácticamente imposible.
No quiero trabajar en lo mismo pero si tuviera el título en mis manos podría trabajar en algo más.

Not sure what you mean by study documents- are they educational certificates? Or course documents?

You could say "Since then", but "Since moving" is more specific.
I do not want to work in a hospital again, but if I have my study documents certificated here I could havefind a better job.
