Although she didn’t open her door, she couldn’t keep the scenery in her yard from being seen by people outside her yard and an apricot tree inside her yard had already bloomed with some flowers reaching out of her yard.
“Out in full?” Is it an adjective here?

That makes more sense now!
In a way, "out in full" could be switched for "bloomed" - The spring scenery bloomed out of her yard
