Tracking Mood on iPhone

I always use the Health app on my iPhone as a pedometer. One day when I opened it, I found a new feature that can track your mood.
Every time you open the tracker, you can pull the slider to record your mood on a scale from very pleasant to very unpleasant. You can also set a reminder, so eventually you can see the logs of how your moods wave over time.
I have been using this tracker for a week, and it was interesting that I always saw myself as emotionally unstable, but when I looked at the diagram I could see a steady pattern. I always felt more productive and happier in the morning but felt a bit anxious in the afternoon, and experienced depression at night.
I think it makes me see emotions differently. When we are in a bad mood, we usually think we must fix something, but maybe the mood is just like the weather, sometimes it rains for no reason, and the only thing we can do is wait for it to pass.
