Today is the first day I relearn English.

Today I will restart my English language learning journey - sounds better, but people will understand what you said. It just sounds a bit odd, I can;t pinpoint why.

From 11:30 am to 12:30 apm, I have a writingwill journal to practice bmy journalingwriting skills.

Skills does not need to be included but I rewrote it to sounds more natural.

From 02:30 pm to 03:30 pm, I will have a listening practice.

This flows better with the way you have written other sentences.

From 06:30 pm to 07:00 pm, I will take a practice for speaking.

I’m especially not good at speaking in English especially.

ButHowever, I will try to have English practice everyday!

We don't use but to start a sentence usually. Also you can say - I will try practice my English everyday to sound more native.
