Today is the day I started journaling.
The reason I started journaling was to change my personality—from being lazy to being more proactive, or at least something close to that. Recently, my English learning habits have been terrible. Like yesterday— even though I had the whole day free, I didn’t study English at all. Instead of studying, I just watched random videos that had nothing to do with learning English. That’s lazy, right? So I made a decision: I’ll focus on studying English for at least one month.

All your sentences are natural! But honestly, I understand the feeling. I recently got back to journaling again, it's difficult to be consistent but trying is what matters!
I also think creating your own channel for your target language helps! In youtube, I study Japanese so I have a channel where all my algorithm is just Japanese and no English. I think it's good for immersion. Let's do our best!
