Sometimes people say today is hard, tomorow might be more hard, but the day after tomorrow will be good.
I don't like this thinking, because all we have is today, all we have is right now.
Not thinking about tomorrow or next year.
Life is too short, and time goes so fast.
All you really have is today, because the past is gone, you can't do anything about it.
Tomorrow you never know what can happen, but today is happening right now.
Are you happy today?

You can only enjoy today.

有时候人们说今天很艰难，明天可能会更艰难，但是后天会很好。
我不喜欢这种想法，因为我们所拥有的只有今天，我们所拥有的只有现在。
不去想明天或明年。

instead of hard you could put "difficult" it more expressive

more hard just sounds a bit wordy it makes sense but it could be clear your not as good in english adding difficult will make the sentence flow better
