In English you should not start a sentence with a numeral - you should write out the number.

Make sure you are paying attention to singular vs plural. Most of your errors were because you're not conjugating your verbs for number and not using the correct singular or plural form of nouns.

"English speaking skill" is probably fine, but from my experience, I find that "skills" would sound more natural in this context, though I'm not sure why.
I installed the ELSA Speak app yesterday.
Alternatively: "I installed ELSA Speak yesterday." It's not necessary to clarify that it's an app in this sentence because you do so in the next.

(1) In the phrase "one of the reasons", we do not use the numeral, especially since "one" is a very short word.
(2) "Reasons" is plural because it refers to all the reasons you chose it, of which there are more than one.

I've not tried this myself, but there's a technique called shadowing where you try to imitate a native speaker in a video, podcast, etc. Crucially, you record yourself speaking so that when you compare it to the original, you can more clearly see the difference and potential mistakes. If the pace is too fast, you may also slow it down. Good luck! I need to brush up on my speaking skills myself...
