Definitely my favorite season is winter. I love cold weather, well at least here in Mexico winter is not that har as it is in other countries, so, for me is enjoyable. What I like the most is the cold air rubbing my face. Even when it's a time to use warm clothes, I prefer to use long cotton sleeve shirts with some warm pants, no coats, no sweater, scarfs or knit cap. More than that all people are in Christmas mood and Christmas is my favorite celebration of the year. I love to see my daughter excited to see her gifts or to participate in secret santa game. The truth is that I'm not a great cook and I prefer not to make my parents or wife get crazy cooking, so, we just order typical food for that day. Snow in Mexico is not common but I really want to go some place with my family and enjoy the snow.

I love cold weather. Well, at least I love it here. In Mexico, winter is not as hard as it is in other countries, so, for me it is enjoyable.
There are a few ways to say the first bit. This is the way that sounds best to me. You could also say "at least I do here."
We would probably say "winter is not as bad" rather than "as hard", but the sentence makes sense.
What I like the most is the cold air rubbingagainst my face.
What I like the most is the cold air against my face.
I don't think English really has a verb we would use in this context. Anything you could use would come off very poetic and flowery.
Even when it's a time to use warm clothes, I prefer to use long cotton sleeve shirts with some warm pants, n. No coats, no sweater, no scarfs or knit cap.
Even when it's time to use warm clothes, I prefer to use long cotton sleeve shirts with some warm pants. No coats, no sweater, no scarfs or knit cap.
To me, this makes more sense as two sentences. Also, I think more people would spell it 'scarves', but scarfs is acceptable.
More than that all people are, everybody is in a Christmas mood, and Christmas is my favorite celebration of the year.
More than that, everybody is in a Christmas mood, and Christmas is my favorite celebration of the year.
Some people might prefer 'holiday' instead of 'celebration', but I think this is fine.
I love to see my daughter excited to see her gifts or to participate in a secret santa (Secret Santa) game. I love to see my daughter excited to see her gifts or to participate in a secret santa (Secret Santa) game.
I sometimes see this capitalized, but I actually think it looks better all lower case like you have it.
The truth is that I'm not a great cook and I prefer not to make my parents or wife geto crazy cooking, so, we just order typicnormal food for that day.
The truth is that I'm not a great cook and I prefer not to make my parents or wife go crazy cooking, so, we just order normal food for that day.
'Get crazy' is usually a positive thing, like partying very hard.
Did you mean 'order typical food', or 'typically order food? "typical food" makes sense, but is a little unnatural.
Snow in Mexico is not common but I really want to go some place with my family and enjoy the snow.

Good stuff! Easy to read, easy to understand.
If you like snow, you should come to Canada! Pretty much everywhere here has snow in the winter except Vancouver. Though, near Vancouver is Whistler which is a big winter sports destination.
